Expedia bookings are imported without breakfast included, even though they were booked with breakfast.

Why are my Expedia bookings imported into CloudRooms without breakfast, even though they were booked with breakfast?
The breakfast is missing in my Expedia bookings. What can I do?
Log in to the Expedia Extranet and open the “Rooms and Rates” menu. Then click on the submenu “Room Types and Rate Plans”.

Now open the tab of the first room category and edit your rate. Change the name of your breakfast rate to “Breakfast included” and the notification code to “BB”.

Under “Included extras”, you can specify that breakfast or a breakfast buffet is included. Please only enable this setting if you exclusively offer rates with breakfast on Expedia.

Please check the next booking received via Expedia in ZimmerSoftware to ensure that the meal plan is displayed correctly.
