Why am I receiving an incorrect booking price via the Dirs21 Channel Manager? | |
If you receive bookings with unusually low prices via Dirs21, the cause is usually a mismatch in the default occupancy settings of the booked room category between Dirs21 and Cloud-Rooms.
Therefore, please check the number of “Beds” in the booked room category under settings/room-categories in Cloud-Rooms. Then compare the standard occupancy in Cloud-Rooms with the standard occupancy configured in Dirs21. If there is a discrepancy, adjust the standard occupancy rate in Dirs21 accordingly. To resynchronize the price transmission with Dirs21, open settings/channel-manager and click on the “DIRS-21” interface. Under “Reset Interface”, check the box for “Prices”. Then, in the dropdown menu to the right of “Availability”, select the affected room category and click the “synchronize” button to begin the synchronization process. Afterwards, please check the prices of the room categories in your Dirs21 calendar. | |
